Youth Survey
As required by the Oregon Department of Education, all STEM Hubs across the state periodically survey our partners and participants to assess impact and identity development around STEM and STEAM subject areas. While difficult to measure, we have identified a short list of questions that seek to assess these domains.

We have three surveys, one for youth participants, one for educators, and one for administrators. This is the survey for youth. If you're receiving this, you have engaged in a Mid-Valley STEM-CTE Hub sponsored activity, program, or other initiative and we need your help. Please survey your students to obtain their answers to questions #5-10. You may complete questions #1-4 or provide your students with the answers for #1-4 and they may enter that information.
