Our objectives
1. To grow the game of Touch Football in Port Macquarie and surrounding districts
2. To make playing the game more accessible to all by reducing costs and providing greater value
3. To build a team that drives our success
4. To provide and strengthen pathways to excellence for Touch Football players, referees and coaches

To do this we need to redefine how we get things done.  
We need new and more people to contribute their energy, passion, ideas and (a little) time.
We need people with the right skills to help us make our club better and more effective.

We need YOU !!
Current Club Structure
Currently the Club is structured as follows:

7 elected Directors.  The Directors then determine the allocation of roles including:
  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Referees Director
  • Representatives Director
  • Club Officer
  • Volunteers Director
General Committee
  • Junior Competition Committee
  • Senior Competition Committee
  • Representatives Committee
  • Social Committee
Proposed Future Structure
How can you contribute?
In the game:
  • We need more people to play the game.
  • We need more referees, especially adult referees. 
  • We need more accredited coaches.
  • We need supporters to get behind our players, referees and coaches.
At the fields:
  • We need people to help out in the canteen.
  • We need timekeepers and ground announcers.
  • We need people to help set up before the games start (3:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
  • We need people to help pack up at the end of the evening (7:20pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
At the Club:
  • Our Board consists of 7 directors.  Many of these people have been involved for 10 years or more and need a break.
  • Our Committees.  We need more people to help out with the Juniors, Seniors, Referees and Coaching.
  • Key Administrators - Web Manager/Designer, Social Media Manager, Revenue Streams Manager, Budgeting Manager, Grants Manager, Membership Manager, Judiciary Members, etc.

Ideally, you would have completed the Company Director's Course or have demonstrable experience in a similar role.

Port Macquarie Touch Association has 7 directors.
There are some casual vacancies right now.  Otherwise Directors are elected at the AGM in August each year.
