SS NU -- Sirfetch'd Tiering Survey

This survey will be used to help the SS NU council determine how to best handle Sirfetch'd.

In light of recent discussions on discord and the forums, Machamp being banned by an overwhelming margin recently, and Sirfetch'd maintaining a strong and consistent offensive presence in the metagame, we feel this is an appropriate measure. The council is approaching a consensus on the matter already, but we value the input of the community a great deal.
