Description:
Providing feedback on students' writing can often feel like a tedious, futile exercise, especially when we are convinced they don't even read it. Research shows, however, that students do in fact read it and crave the kind of feedback that will help them grow as more proficient, confident academic and professional writers. How can we best provide this facilitative feedback? In this hands-on workshop, we will discuss and try out strategies for doing so.
