Please review our bylaws for membership prior to filling out the form below:
1.      Membership in the Society is open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or over, who support Children’s Link’s Vision and:

a.      Provide Children’s Link with such contact information as is required by the Society; and

b.      Pay such membership fees as assessed by the Society.

2.      Eligible members shall be entitled to notice of all meetings of the Society; vote at all such meetings; and to such information about the Society as the Board may determine.

3.      Employees shall not be eligible for membership in the Society during the term of their employment, but shall have the right to receive notice of all meetings of the Society, and the right to attend.

4.      Members in good standing are eligible to be elected to the Board, in accordance with and subject to the By-Laws.

5.      Where the Board determines that the continued association of a member in the Society is detrimental to the reputation of the Society, or the achievements of its goals, the Board may terminate the membership immediately;

a.      Where a membership has been terminated by the Board, the Board shall advise the member of the termination via email to their last known email address.

b.      A member whose membership has been terminated by the Board may appeal that decision to the Board in accordance with and subject to the By-Laws;

6.      Any member wishing to withdraw from membership may do so upon a notice in writing to the Board through its Secretary.
