Program Requirements: Partner Expectations
As a Garden State Good Food Network Program Partner, City Green, Inc. expects that your market or its representative will:
1. Participate in one mandatory pre-season training session with City Green, Inc.
2. Maintain records and submit reports in the format and timeline requested by City Green, Inc.
3. Collect a standard set of core metrics at the market and report data in the format and timeline requested by City Green, Inc., which include but are not limited to: # of SNAP transactions, # of unique SNAP shoppers, SNAP sales data, incentive distributions and redemptions, # of market days, and vendor counts.
4. Promote SNAP and Good Food Bucks at your market through community channels using best-practice techniques and print-ready materials provided by City Green, Inc.
5. Promote SNAP and Good Food Bucks at your market through your social media and online platforms using the designated tags, handles, and language guidelines.
6. Use logos and standard language as instructed by City Green, Inc. in all print materials, media, and PR communications referencing the Garden State Good Food Network program
7. Participate in program evaluation as requested by City Green, Inc., including mid-season and final reports. Evaluation will include information on the core data set, outreach activities, and population served
8. Agree to use direct incentive funds only to finance eligible fruits and vegetables grown by local or regional farmers, and to use outreach funds only for eligible outreach supplies and activities that will be used directly for the incentive program.
9. Upon receiving notice of acceptance into the program, sign an agreement as documentation demonstrating your commitment to the program and understanding of the program requirements.
10. Report any changes regarding your market's operations, staffing, or SNAP and incentive programs to City Green, Inc. in a timely manner during the program period.
