Junior League of DeKalb County Membership Application 2021-2022
Thank you in your interest in joining the Junior League of DeKalb (JLD) County for the 2021-22 league year. Please fill out the below application and submit by May 15, 2021. Applicants will be contacted in early June to interview. Provisional members invited to join the league will start activities in August 2021. Please review the provisional member expectations below:

-Full engagement in provisional activities and requirements from September 2021-May 2022
-Must be 21 years or older by June 1, 2021
-Demonstrate an interest in voluntarism and commitment to community service

Attendance at the following activities:
-New Member Orientation (4-8 hours)
-Attend Provisional Member Meetings (PMM)-generally held monthly on 4th Tuesdays
-Attend Provisional Mentor Group Activities
-Attend General Membership Meetings-generally held monthly on the 3rd Tuesdays
-Attend Training Event or All Member Social Event
-Volunteer at Provisional Community Service Event
-Engagement with Provisional Community Service Class Project

Provisional Dues of $250 for 2021-2022 league year

On average you can expect to spend 8-10 hours monthly engaged in league commitments during the provisional year. Exception is the month of September when new member orientation will require a larger time commitment.
