FBC Friona Exalt Kid's Day Camp (Wednesday, July 28, 2021)
**You must fill out a form for EACH child and adult attending.

Please fill out the registration form below if you plan on bringing your child(ren) to Kid's Day Camp out at the High Plains Retreat Center on Wednesday, July 28th.  Please be there by 9am so we can get everyone checked in and start the ropes course!  It will end at 5:00pm at the pool.  If you choose not to stay, please plan to be down there by 4:45pm so you can help get your kids dried off and ready to leave by 5:00 at the pool.  

This day camp is geared for children that have completed Kinder-5th grade, but we'd LOVE for your whole family to come and stay!  ALL family members must register and complete forms so we have enough lunch meals prepared and ready.  We would like to discount your cost if you know you or someone in your family will NOT participate in the ropes course, giant swing or archery to $15 each.  If you stay with younger kids, please bring balls/activities to keep them occupied while the bigger kids and adults do the ropes, swing and archery.  There is a field they can play at, but YOU are responsible to watch your younger children!  We will NOT allow younger children to stay without a parent.

One piece swimsuit or a tshirt over your two piece
Swim towel
Money for concession during swimming
Great attitude for LOTS of fun!!

Permission and release forms can be obtained at the First Baptist Church website(www.fbcfriona.com), our FBC Facebook Page or come by the church office.  

Cost:
Younger Children (Prek and younger...they will NOT be able to do ropes, giant swing or archery.) $15 each (pays for meal and swimming)
Kids that completed KINDER-5th Grade: $40 each (pays for ropes course, giant swing if they are big enough, archery, meal, activities, and swimming)
Teenagers: $40 each or $15 each if you do NOT do the ropes, giant swing and archery
Adults: $40 each OR $15 each if you do NOT do the ropes, giant swing and archery

Schedule:
9am-noon (ropes course, giant swing and archery)
noon-3:00pm (lunch, praise and worship, Bible lesson, crafts/activities)
3:00-5:00pm (swimming)

I understand that I need to fill out forms for FBC Friona and the High Plains Retreat Center before my child can attend day camp.  The forms are available at the First Baptist Church website, Facebook page or church office.  Those must be signed, filled in and given to Lindsey when you arrive at camp at 9am .  I also understand that I must have payment ready when we turn in forms.  If paying with a check make them out to First Baptist Church and "Kid's Camp" in the memo.     *
