Preorders close OCT 31 and payment is due by OCT 31 or your order will be included in the next round of pre-orders. If you missed the deadline you may order now to be included automatically in the next round of pre-orders.

Processing time varies by items, but most items are ready for pick-up in less than 3 weeks after the Pre-Order Close date. Payment is required up front for all custom orders.  Once invoiced or instructed how to pay (depending on your pick-up location as detailed above) you must pre-pay for your item by the close of the pre-order day listed at the top of this form. Non-payment will void your order. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on personalized goods, except in the case of defective materials or errors made on my end. Once your order is received you will receive an email confirmation of the submission.
