I recognize that skiing/snowboarding is a hazardous sport that can result in serious injury or death. I accept the risks inherent in skiing/snowboarding and in the ski area/mountain environment. I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY Lake Chelan Ski Club, the Lions Club, Echo Valley Ski School, Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area and its employees, agents, directors, contractors, officers or owners from all claims for any injury or damage resulting from any cause, including negligence, which may arise out of participation in or travel to and from Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area. This release is binding as to any other person, including family members, heirs and executors. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I accept full responsibility for all medical expenses incurred as a result of the minor’s participation or travel to and from Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area. I also agree to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Echo Valley Ski School, Lake Chelan Ski Club, the Lions Club, its directors, officers, employees and the Echo Valley Ski & Tubing Area for any claims brought by or on behalf of the minor.
