Pre-Planning Notes
We will call you within 48 business hours once you fill out this form. Getting a little info in advance of our conversation will help us plan more smoothly and more quickly. We will assume you have read the details below if you are placing your order and these terms will be a part of our working agreement. Thank you!  
  • All regular orders must be placed with 1 week lead time (no rush fee).
  • Rush orders MAY be accommodated, but fees apply depending on our availability and your needs. 
  • We have standard board orders that mix and match seasonal fruits, meats, cheeses, etc. However, if you have special requests, this is considered a custom order and our rate is slightly higher. Prices included later in form. 
  • Payment terms = 50% non-refundable deposit to place your order, 50% balance paid upon pick-up or delivery of board. 
  • Included with every board order: disposable bamboo board/serving tray(s), bamboo tongs and other serving utensils, dip cups/ramekins, garnish included edible flowers and herbs.
  • No extra fee for pick-up, but there is a delivery fee (details below). 
  • Allergies may be accommodated (under must-have needs), however, an extensive list of needs may result in a custom order vs a standard order. 
  • For your quote, you'll have the opportunity to tell us what is a "must-have" need and also "would like to have" desire. Your requests will be reflected in your quote.
  • We would love to pair your board with wine, too! All board orders receive special wine pricing at 15% off regular price. By the bottle or by the case. 
  • Please include any information we have failed to ask for as the last entry field of this form.

Standard Boards - Approx Rates
Standard Boards - we decide the goodies and mix/match your requests from the online form based on what is in season. Special requests not included. These prices are based on "snack mode", not as a replacement for a meal or an event with heavy grazing. 
  • Party Board: 3 meats, 3 cheeses, crackers, fresh fruit  = $12/person 
  • Deluxe Board: 3 meats, 3 cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, nuts, crackers = $18/person 
  • Luxury Board: 3 meats, 3 cheeses, fresh fruit, fresh veggies, nuts, dried fruit, dips/jams, crackers, bread, anti-pasta = $22/person 
  • Dessert Board: 3 delectable treats = $10/person (let's talk details, prices go up from here based on preferences) 
Custom Boards - Approx Rates
Custom Boards - We provide the "base" goodies and mix/match your custom requests from the online form. Be sure to note your special requests in the form. These prices are based on "snack mode", not as a replacement for a meal or an event with heavy grazing. 
  • Custom Boards: $25-30/person (final quote depends on requests, let's talk) 
Optional Add-Ons
  • Pick-up Fee (between 11am and 5pm): NONE!
  • Pick-up Fee (outside of these hours, subject to availability): +$50
  • Rush Fee (less than 1 week notice) + 25% of regular cost 
  • Delivery Fee: within 5 miles FREE! Up to 20 miles +$50
  • Wine order + board order = 15% discount on all wine by the bottle or case!
