For the last 26 years, the Evangelical Lutheran Education Association (ELEA), serving ELCA Schools and Learning Centers as a related partner to the ELCA, to publish an annual weekly devotion guide for adult leaders in Lutheran educational settings. This guide follows the lectionary and aims to support the spiritual growth of individuals, leading to professional development for teachers, staff, and school leaders within the church. It promotes the importance of regular prayer and discussions for spiritual well-being.

You are invited to express your interest in writing a devotion for the 2024-25 guide. Devotions are a short (250 word maximum) reflection, question, and prayer.

The theme and title of the devotion guide along with your assigned text, instructions and guidelines will be sent in the next few weeks. Devotions will be submitted electronically and due by May 15th. Please consider sharing your devotion in video format as an addition this year.
