Parents of Runners attending the Mammoth Camp:

We need to be aware of all food allergies and needs along with all medical conditions/medications/allergies/concerns. Please answer the following questions ASAP so we can finish camp plans. This information will only be seen by me (Coach Draughon). I will provide necessary information to your child's assigned chaperones, but only the information that is needed for camp. If you provide other personal, sensitive information that is not needed for medical reasons, that information will stay private.
