Thank you for your interest in The Rise School of Corpus Christi, the city’s first and only school dedicated to early education of children with and without disabilities in an inclusive classroom setting with master's level educators and on-staff speech, occupational, physical, and music therapists. The Rise School of Corpus Christi serves children ages eighteen months to six years of age in an intensive environment of early education and intervention provided to students year-round, five days a week, six hours daily.

**Our program is currently full and completing this form does not guarantee admission. Although we may not be able to serve your family immediately, we encourage families to complete the form and attend an open house so that we can place you on our wait list and assess interest/community need for program growth.

**In the event of an opening, parents are notified via email and phone call when a space is available for their child. Parents are given 48 hours to notify us of their decision to either accept or decline the enrollment. If parents fail to contact us within the 48 hour period, the assumption is made that the family is no longer interested in our program and the child’s name will be removed from the waiting list. If the space is declined, the child’s name is removed from the waiting list. Because of this, it is very important to keep us up to date with changes to contact details (e.g. email address and phone numbers).
