Clarksville Elementary Music Ensemble Form - 2023-2024 School Year
Every 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade student should fill out this form to let us know what music ensembles you'd like to participate in this school year! 

Participation in a CES music ensemble in an optional commitment of time, money, and effort. With the exception of the concerts, all CES music rehearsals occur DURING the school day as a pull out program.  The CES music team work collaboratively with homeroom teachers, administration, and families so that all students can successful in music as well as the rest of their classes.

THIS FORM IS DUE ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 14TH!  MEETINGS MAY START AS EARLY AS SEPTEMBER 18TH!  (don't worry this is not necessarily when instruments will be needed)

Being in a music ensemble is important at Clarksville Elementary and there is a place for any student who would like the opportunity to participate.
If you are concerned about a barrier that would prohibit your student from participating, please reach out to the band, strings, or chorus teacher, homeroom teacher, or guidance counselor. Thank you.
Examples include time and location to practice, impact on school-day schedule, language, or access to required materials etc.
 *NOTE!* Please fill out this form ASAP as ensemble classes may start as early as September 18th!
