2024 LRIG-New England Sponsorship Request Form
The Laboratory Robotics Interest Group of New England (LRIG-NE) has provided numerous sponsorship opportunities to local clubs and organization over the last few years.  We look to provide financial support of up to $2500 for those STEM/STEAM based programs that qualify and are selected by our organization.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
  • Applicants/Organizations must be in New England.
  • Applicants/Organizations must provide support for students K through High School.
  • Each applicant is required to submit a complete proposal outlined below.
Requests will be assessed on the following criteria:
  • Benefit our support could provide the greater community requesting sponsorship.
  • Breadth to the student population interested in STEM or STEAM growth.
  • Quality and thoughtfulness of the written proposal
Examples of currently or previously supported Sponsorship projects: 
  • Science Club for Girls Catalyst Award
  • TouchTomorrow 2015-2022
  • Breakthrough Greater Boston Cambridge
  • Watertown Free Public Library Hatch Makerspace
  • Massachusetts Science and Engineering Fair, Inc
  • Pentucket's Young Inventors
  • Robotics Clubs
We provide sponsorship on a rolling basis throughout the year.  Those requests selected for sponsorship by the LRIG-New England are asked to display the LRIG-New England logo as a sponsoring partner for the period of 1 year on websites and materials used or created.  The sponsored group may also be invited to attend one of our meetings to share the benefit gained through the support of the LRIG-New England.

Important Notice:  
Multiple applications from the same school/town will be reviewed but only one application may be selected.  The LRIG-New England reserves the right to change our opinion on a case-by-case basis.  The LRIG-New England reserves the right to request receipts for all expenditures to makes sure all funds distributed are accounted for and spent accordingly.
