Please read the rules & regulations and CHECK I AGREE AT BOTTOM: Liability: The undersigned does hereby release, discharge, hold harmless & waive Mountains and Mistletoe and promoter(s), show staff, Stone Co Fairgrounds, from any & all manner of actions, suits, damages; including acts of God and/or claims to person and/or property of the undersigned, while under supervision of the sponsors; and will abide by all show rules & regulations of said event. The Promoter is not liable for “Acts of God” which may result in the cancellation, rescheduling or modification of the event. Vendor grants permission to the promoter to use images of Vendor booths/items for any purposes in connection with promoting this event. The promoter may crop, alter, or modify/combine such images with other images, text, and graphics without notifying Vendor. Vendor grants permission to use his/her name and any other information provided by Vendor to the promoter to be displayed as necessary in order to promote the event. Reflecting your agreement with this contract - then, sign/date below: I have submitted my Booth Rent I understand I cannot set up ANY earlier than 4 PM on Friday, the day before the event. I Understand my booth must be set up and ready by NO LATER than 8:30 am the day of show  I understand, no refunds are given after payment has been received. Spaces are not held without complete payment. Booth spaces are assigned according to the date a paid application is received. SHOW PARTICIPATION AGREEMENTS: I understand that I am responsible and LIABLE for the safety & stability of all parts of my booth and booth structure, to surrounding vendors and customers. I understand that, my physical body, my booth display and/or products, must stay within my booth boundary, & cannot protrude into the aisle or into my neighbors’ booth, due to fire marshal regulations and common courtesy. I understand that I cannot “work the aisles”. I must stay within my “Defined” booth boundary to approach a customer. I understand that I must stay during the entire “advertised” show hours, as advertised to the public. Otherwise, my future applications may be rejected. I understand that my vehicle and/or trailer must be parked in the designated parking areas/single parking only/ & I cannot block other parking spaces. I understand, that I am prohibited from moving my vehicle and/or trailer; to “position” for loading – until show has officially closed (on Saturday evening) DUE TO PUBLIC SAFETY -I understand that show management reserves the right to remove me and/or my product for misconduct or violation of show rules; thus, prohibiting my participation in future shows. I agree to follow all rules set by show management and/or show facilities–pertaining to unloading areas, designated parking, booth display and/or products sold in my booth. LIABILITY AGREEMENT:I have read & fully agree to abide by all rules and regulations stated in this contract. I understand, in the case of extreme circumstances, Mountains and Mistletoe, Sponsor and/or Promoter(s) will consider any and all issues, stated in this contract. I agree, by signing & dating this contract, to fulfill all of my contractual commitments, financial obligations & deadlines as outlined in this document. A minimum of 3 photos (email pictures to stonecountycommunitycenter@gmail.com) that best represent your style and the items you will be selling. If you are a return vendor, no photos are needed unless you have something new that you intend to sell. MUST BE APPROVED.-Promoter(s) reserve the right to remove exhibitor and/or product for violation of show rules, as sponsor wishes to offer a family/friendly atmosphere. *
