Co-ed Kinder Classes (Nurture - Enoggera and Bardon Venues) - Promotes development of the whole child – physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively, in a safe, structured, multi-sensory environment, indoors. Learning through play in a stimulating, non-competitive environment assisting girls and boys to develop to their full potential in readiness for kindergarten, school and sports.
Unisex Recreational Classes (Develop - Enoggera and Bardon Venues) - Developing the essential gymnastics skills, designed for school aged children to build their strength, balance, coordination, agility and flexibility. We offer both girls and boys (Bardon only) classes.
Co-ed Free G (Enoggera venue only) - A fusion of gymnastic and acrobatic movements in a freestyle approach to parkour. It is the ultimate high energy, fun, challenging environment for those who just cant stop moving.
Co-ed Acro Development (Enoggera venue only) - Acrobatic Gymnastics combines a number of gymnastics elements and skills into a fun, team-based environment, providing a great platform for building balance, co-ordination, strength and teamwork.
Co-ed Recreational tumbling (Enoggera only) - acrobatic movements such as rolls, twists, handsprings and somersaults performed in sequences. Utilising air tracks, spring floor, tramp track to chain different combinations of moves together for those who want to cartwheel, flip and twist.
