TCPS2022 - The Color Positive Show 2022 includes a Pageant called The Color Positive Fashion Pageant.
Please note that if you do not agree to any of these points, you will not be eligible to enter the contest. Please read the terms and conditions properly before submitting it. Your first submission will be taken as full and final. This is not an enrollment to attend the show - this is an enrollment to be on stage as a contestant.

You will be required to dedicate your weekends ( both Saturday and Sundays from March 2022 until June 2022 for this show) for rehearsals and for the event. Is that okay with you? (If you cannot attend all weekends, please do not fill this form) *
Based on how the lock-down unfolds, you will be required to attend an online or a personal rehearsal. Physical rehearsals may happen from the beginning. You are required to follow all the governing laws and hygiene procedures at all times. *
You will have to make your own arrangements/spend for your costumes. Do you accept (If not, then you may have to remove your name from the contest) *
If you do not have a place to stay in Mumbai, Color Positive will not be responsible for you and your spending in anyway and will not speak for you on your behalf with anyone. *
I want to contest in the following pageant. *
I understand that how I dress up in the show, does not reflect my sexuality or my orientation and this is just a way to express my fashion sense. I will not hold Color Positive responsible for my choice of clothing and participation. If I have any doubts, I will contact a representative on color.positive on Instagram for clarity. *
If I am the winner / runner up, I may receive an awards / prizes from Color Positive. But due to lack of funding, I may not received anything. I understand that this event is for the up-liftment of the community only. *
I accept that Color Positive has the right to d-throne the winners if they find it fit and if I do not serve the community / go against the foundations it stand on as per the agreement I may sign. *
I allow Color Positive to post my videos, pictures, my conversations and texts on the Color Positive Social Media pages for the purpose of the contest. *
Applicable to people who are not out - I am not out to my family / friends / work and I am attending this pageant. I will not hold Color Positive responsible for me coming-out due to this contest and I will take responsibility of it. *
I am private about my sexuality and would like to be called straight. I do not want Color Positive to state it other-wise any where on print media / videos. But if I say it myself, (out myself) then this rule will not apply. *
