Outgoing person who likes to connect with people. Goal-driven individual who thinks out of the box. Some of the general responsibilities include: Plan and organize the Annual Booster Mix and Meet with support from both booster boards, recruit potential Booster members, develop a quarterly electronic opportunity/engagement newsletter, be present and educate PiM families about Boosters and build membership at periodic school events, look for opportunities to bring parents together in the effort to build a stronger community and further increase membership.
Hourly commitment: 3-4 hours estimated average per month.
Overall commitment: 2 years - *May stay on for an additional year(s) if desired.

Attendance Requirement: Must attend a minimum of 7 Executive Board (monthly) most virtual, and Lead/Coordinator Meetings (monthly) most virtual

Plan and organize the Annual General Mix and Meeting with support from Booster Boards

Help recruit vacant Coordinator/Lead positions

Recruit potential Booster members

Maintain master membership documents

Develop a quarterly electronic volunteer opportunity/engagement newsletter and send to Booster Members

Have communications approved by the President prior to placement or distribution.

Be present and educate PiM families about Boosters and build membership at: All School Conferences (share shifts, but manage the process - 1 pm-7: 00 pm)

Be present and educate PiM families about Boosters and build membership at: Freshman Startup day (August 7:30-11 am)

Be present and educate PiM families about Boosters and build membership at: Donuts and Coffee Day (August, 7-9 am)

Plan and be present and educate PiM families about Boosters and build membership at: Annual General Mix and Meet Event - Fall

Develop display, communicate to PiM parents and community through visuals our story (mission and accomplishments).

Look for opportunities to bring parents together in the effort to build a stronger community and further increase membership.

Manage volunteers on Band App

Communicate with Art Leads to assess volunteer needs

Be a member of the PiM Booster Organization.
