The Mount Sinai Health System Women’s Advocacy Employee Resource Group (ERG) serves as a resource for women employees and their allies, supporting the balance between professional and personal lives, and providing means for networking and career development. The group seeks to foster a supportive work environment that is collegial, respectful, and approachable for all employees where everyone feels valued and engaged. The group's ultimate goal is to ensure that the concerns and needs of women and allies of women at MSHS are addressed and resolved in a fair and respectable manner.
