Fill out this form ONLY if you would like ADDITIONAL specialty photos taken during picture week (April 22-27) outside of your groups and two individual photos per costume (which is already included in the recital picture fee), such as a special photo with a sibling or friend or an additional solo photo. All photos will be placed in an online gallery for unlimited high-res download; however, if you would like these additional photos please indicate below at $10 per additional per family. One representative for the group may fill out this form for all families involved if taking pictures with friends, $10 will be applied per family per photo. For siblings, only list sibling names. One order form per specialty photo please. Due April 15.
