มาตรการสำหรับผู้เข้าชมการแสดง ในหอแสดงดนตรี อาคารศิลปวัฒนธรรม
1. ผู้เข้าชมต้องผ่านจุดคัดกรอง ก่อนเข้าพื้นที่หอแสดงดนตรี
- ตรวจวัดอุณหภูมิ
- แสดงผลตรวจ ATK (ผลตรวจไม่เกิน 24 ชม.) โดยระบุวันที่และเวลาในการตรวจอย่างชัดเจน หากไม่มีผลตรวจ ทางเรามี ATK จำหน่าย(ราคาทุน) เพื่อให้ท่านตรวจด้วยตนเองในบริเวณที่จัดให้
- แสดงเอกสารการฉีดวัคซีนอย่างน้อย 2 เข็ม จากแอพพลิเคชั่น “หมอพร้อม”
- ผู้เข้าชมต้องสแกน QR Code เพื่อลงทะเบียน “ไทยชนะ”
- ทำความสะอาดมือด้วยแอลกอฮอล์

2. ผู้เข้าชมต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดการเข้าชมการแสดง
3. หากมีอาการป่วย กรุณายกเลิกการเดินทางมาเข้าชมการแสดง
4. กรุณาเผื่อเวลาในการเดินทางมาเข้าชมและขั้นตอนในการตรวจคัดกรอง
5. เพื่อสามารถรักษาระยะห่างระหว่างบุคคลอย่างเหมาะสม จะจำกัดผู้เข้าชมการแสดงไม่เกิน 100 คน ขอความร่วมมือนั่งตามพื้นที่ที่จัดให้อย่างเคร่งครัด

ทางสำนักบริหารศิลปวัฒนธรรมขออภัยที่ไม่สามารถต้อนรับผู้ชมการแสดงที่ยังไม่ได้รับวัคซีน หรือได้รับไม่ครบตามจำนวนที่ระบุได้

COVID-19 RISK MITIGATION REGULATIONS FOR CONCERT AUDIENCE,
CU Music Hall, Art and Culture bldg.
1. Every individual MUST past screening desks before entering the music hall area and follow the following procedure:
- Take body temperature
- Show a digital form of ATK result taken no more than 24 hours prior to the concert time.  Antigen test kits (saliva) can be purchase for on-site test at cost in the screening area.  
- Show proof of at least two doses of vaccination in a paper or digital (Mor Prompt) form
- Scan QR Code to register on Thai Chana system.
- Disinfect hands with alcohol or alcohol gel provided.

2. Face coverings MUST be worn properly, i.e., both nose and mouth are covered.
3. If you experience an illness or any possible Covid symptom, please cancel your plan to attend the concert.
4. Please allow ample time for the screening process as the concert will start on time.
5. To maintain appropriate physical distancing for safety of everyone, the university can only allow a maximum of 100 people in the music hall. Please understand this limitation and sit at your designated seat only.

Office of Art and Culture regrettably insists that it cannot admit individuals who have not received at least two doses of vaccination, or do not comply to ANY of the above regulations.  Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
