These questions have been posed by my A.P. Human Geography students, thank you for taking a moment to potentially answer any. A.P. stands for Advanced Placement and is a university level course they are taking. The focus of the class is basically "why is that there?" We look at topics like population demographics, migration reasons and patterns, languages, religion, culture, political geography, agriculture, cities, industry, and country development.
Students are 14-15 years old, in the first year of high school/secondary school in the US.
