things to help ensure the return process goes smoothly.
1. Fill out the form to request an R.M.A. number.
2. You will be sent an RMA # and instruction to send the product to our Technical Center for
inspection to repair or replace.
(Important: Issuance of R.M.A. does not represent an authorized credit).
Copy of Invoice and Product Image is required.
