One of the aims of the GROW Observatory is for sensor users to understand and use their data rather than being passive data providers. We would like some feedback on a document to help sensor users understand their data, the intention is that each section will be translated and available on the GROW Observatory Knowledge Base, and as a complete downloadable document.
