The purpose of this form is to verify that you learned how to type special characters on a keyboard.
I also use the form for pre-assessment (BEFORE we learn how to find and type those characters), in which case it's totally fine if you don't know how to type any of them, but you should still submit the form, even if you can only answer a few questions or none at all.   What's the point of that?!  It's for me to track student progress, compare the before and after data so we can show how much students learned from this assignment using data analysis as evidence of learning.
