Ashtanga Yoga or Ashtanga Vinyasa, to many, it has been perceived as a form of dynamic style of yoga practice. Ashtanga vinyasa is more than dynamic style of yoga with fixed sequence of postures. This style of yoga improves your physical health, improve your concentration, and improvement in your energy level.
Through this workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding on the Ashtanga Vinyasa in the primary series. In addition, you will know how to get into and exit out the posture safely, and the various optional postures.
