Make up classes- In the case of missed class/classes, the class video will be uploaded in the group chat and the student is expected to practice from the video and may request a 15 minute 1-1 session with the teacher prior or after the next class to clarify any concerns. No refunds/adjustments will be made to the tuition.
The students need to wear their uniform (Mandala t-shirt, comfortable pants/leggings, sports shoes) to their dance classes. Girls have to put their hair up in a ponytail.
Student must bring closed bottle water to stay hydrated during the class time.
Tuition is expected to be paid by the due date (1st of every month). Failure to do so will result in a $10 late fee to the tuition and a possible termination from the class. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for all students.
All questions/concerns are expected to be openly communicated with Aisha to avoid any negative environment for both parties. Our goal is to make sure your child is learning in a fun, safe & encouraging environment.
The MandalaUS LLC and Aisha Ojha do not take any responsibility for any injuries that may occur during/before/after the dance class or any events that we attend.
