Ordering Instructions
1. Decide how much of each type of flower/wreath you would like to purchase.
2. Choose size/color and quantity of each item
3. Total your order
4. Write a check payable to “CBA” for the total amount (no need to add tax).
5. Send check to school in an envelope labeled, “Wreath and Poinsettia Order” to the main office no later than 11/28 or mail to:
