Welcome to the YPWeek Planning Core Team! We are so excited to be able to work with you in the coming months in the production of YPWeek 2020. In order for us to secure your position within the core planning team, please fill in the following commitment form. By registering with this form, you are agreeing to lead the following commitment for your community:

- Attend the monthly check-in calls scheduled for: January 10, 2020, February 14, 2020, March 13, 2020 & April 10, 2020
- Post the event details on www.ypweek.com by no later than February 14, 2020.
- Co-promote YPWeek to your community from February 17 - April 25, 2020.
- Host at least one event between April 17 - 25, 2020.
