2023 SG HAMMOND "BOO FOR A CAUSE" ORDER FORM
Profits & tips from this campaign will benefit the Richard Murphy Hospice Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Hammond, specializing in free hospice care for those in need. Help us reach our goal of donating $1000 by November 18, 2023.

Prices start at $45. This includes installation, pick up, and one cotton candy treat bag with a door hanger note. Additional cotton candy treats can be purchased. (Due to the charitable nature of this promotion refunds will not be given.)

Due to the unprecedented drought, we ask that you please water the lawn or have the recipient's homeowner water the lawn. We will do everything we can to set the greeting, including setting up in a flower bed or flower pot, but watering the lawn is the best way to ensure a successful installation. 

Delivery within our service territory only - most of Tangipahoa Parish and some of Livingston Parish. Mileage rates will apply. See chart below. 

BOO-grams or FALL greetings will be delivered MONDAY - FRIDAY, after 7:30am and picked up approximately 24 hours later. This will be the ultimate after school surprise! *Special Oct 31 or weekend delivery dates available for an additional fee. 

Businesses, charities, schools - have some fun and BOO one another for a great cause. Let us know if we need to accommodate a set up on cement. This would be perfect for your TRUCK or TREAT event!

Delivery dates are divided by weeks and are based on availability. Deliveries are limited to our service territory and will be clustered by zip code/region. If the week you request is full we will let you know the closest available day. 

Limited special weekend deliveries are available for an additional fee.

BASE PRICE $45
1. Base pricing is for weekday deliveries, Oct weeks 1-5 and Nov weeks 1-2. 
2. Price includes installation, pick up, and a single cotton candy treat bag with a door tag. 
3. All signs will be delivered MONDAY-FRIDAY, after 7:30am and will be picked up approximately 24 hours later.
4. Special Oct 31 or weekend deliveries are subject to an additional $10 fee. Specify dates in COMMENTS.
5. Add a photo frame to any BOO or FALL style for $15 more. 
6. Additional mileage rates may apply. See below. 

BOO-grams will have either a large graphic or the letters that spell out BOO complimented by fun Halloween graphics, stars & balloons. Photo frame option available.

*NEW FOR 2023! Baby BOO for the littlest "punkins!" We will use our graphic that reads BABY, pair it with a pink, blue or neutral sage green BOO and coordinate with baby, pumpkin, and/or Halloween graphics. A photo frame can be added. 

*NEW for 2023! Special Happy Birthday BOO - a large Happy Birthday graphic will be used along with the letters that spell out BOO. A photo frame can be added. (Names & ages not included.) 

Alternative style options: 
Sweet/Super Little BOO for the younger kids. We've got unicorn pumpkins, farm themes, super heroes, princess, etc. Give us details in COMMENTS. A photo frame can be added. 

Celebrate FALL for those who prefer a more Autumn color scheme and theme. We'll spell out the word FALL topped with a small "Celebrate" graphic and coordinate with pumpkins, leaves, etc. This is a non-Halloween greeting. *Celebrate FALL greetings can be sent until November 17. A photo frame can be added.
