Fandemic Tour Houston Press Registration
Press registration closes at 5pm on Tuesday, October 1, 2019. After October 1, TV/radio outlets, please email PR (pr@caconventions.com) for credentials. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION!

Any press interested in covering Fandemic Tour should consider the following:



Press credentials are for professional reporters and media outlets that accompany a significant national, local, or genre specific exposure.


We will review your application and may contact you to further discuss the nature of your coverage.


Web sites must be previously established and updated regularly with original and current news.



Requests for interviews will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the PR Manager of Fandemic Tour. Requests may be made to pr@fandemictour.com. NO interviews will be granted at celebrity booths without prior permission through Fandemic PR manager who will secure proper permission from celebrity managers. 



Press credentials will not be approved if you are:

Convention photographer/freelancer not associated with a media outlet

Freelance writers from unqualified media outlets



Application Deadline:
Applications must be received no later than 30 days before the event to be considered. If your outlet has a significant reach, always feel free to contact pr@fandemictour.com.

Fandemic Tour is a convention focused on pop culture fans having the best guest experience possible. We welcome the media to attend and help however we can to facilitate the coverage you desire. Our PR team is here to help facilitate coverage for your outlet, but our policies are to ensure that the fan experience comes first. Media is there to capture and share that special experience.
