1. Confirmation Upon Payment: Your pop-up store will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the pop-up store and email confirmation from RIUH.

2. Cancellation: No cancellation or refund (save and except for the Security Deposit) shall be entertained 14 days before the event. If the cancellation is done within the permitted time frame, only 50% of the total payment of the pop-up store shall be refunded.

3. No Show: No refund shall be given in the event of a no show save and except for the security deposit.

4. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be refunded within 30 working days upon completion of the event(s).

5. Transferability, Assignment & Sublet: You are not entitled to transfer, assign or sublet your pop-up store to another brand or business unless it is approved by RIUH via email.

6. Transportation & Delivery Costs: Transportation and delivery cost in participating in RIUH shall fully be borne by you.

7. Time Management: In the event of any unreasonable lateness or delay in opening your pop-up store on the day(s) of the event, the Security Deposit will be forfeited.

8. Pop-up Store Placement: RIUH reserves the right to decide and change on the placement of your pop-up store on the day(s) of the event.

9. Curation: RIUH reserves the right to curate content and booth decorations.

10. Changes: RIUH reserves the right to make any last minute changes and decisions including but not limited to participation, event date, booth placement, booth and content curation, payment method and terms.

11. Buntings: Any display of buntings are prohibited unless permission is obtained.

12. No Partnership: Your participation and agreement to the terms herein do not constitute a partnership in law between the parties.

13. Liability & Indemnity: The holding legal entity for RIUH shall not be liable for any claims or legal action taken against you and shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your property and belongings from theft, fire or any other caused beyond its control. The holding legal entity for RIUH shall not be liable to you in respect of loss of profits, income, goodwill, loss of business, loss of anticipated revenue or economic loss howsoever caused. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIUH's directors, staff, volunteers and contractors from all claims, demands, damages and liability.

14. Security & Safety: The security and safety of your booth, property, products and employees shall be your responsibility at all times. RIUH shall not be liable for the security of your booth, property, products and employees.

15. No alcohol, obscene or political content: You are not permitted to sell alcohol, display any obscene or politically motivated content or products.

16. Cleanliness & Hygiene: You shall maintain cleanliness and hygiene at a high standard and shall be responsible for the clean up and disposal of rubbish within the vicinity of your pop-up store. In the event RIUH concludes otherwise, your security deposit shall be forfeited.

17. Damage: Your security deposit will be forfeited in the event of any damage caused to the venue or RIUH's fixtures.

18. No disruption or trespass: You shall not disrupt or trespass other vendors or cause nuisance to the other participants and visitors to RIUH.

19. Personal signages that cover/block the booth design is not allowed to be displayed on the day of the event.

20. Right to refuse or cancel: RIUH reserves the right to refuse or cancel at any time your participation without providing reasons. In the event of RIUH's refusal or cancellation, your payments will be refunded within 7 working days from the date of refusal or cancellation.

21. Other terms & guidelines: You shall be bound by other terms and guidelines that may be imposed or communicated by RIUH.
