Player Eligibility: All Players Must be Current USPA Members with a USPA Arena Handicap - As a USPA club, every player (that participates in our club’s chukkers and/or tournaments) must hold a current USPA Membership, which includes the benefit of additional insurance coverages for you, because neither the USPA nor our club can assume unsecured liability exposure. If a player does not have an arena handicap, our club delegate, Dan Keating, can provide a rating, so long as the player's club affiliation is with the 'Westchester Polo Club' (our official club name); you can change your affiliation when you log in to your USPA account. A complete registration requires meeting all of the above. Registration deadline is 5pm, Friday, April 16.
A live draw of teams for their respective opening rounds will be live-streamed on Newport Polo’s Facebook fan page on TUE, 4/20 at 5:00pm.
The tournament must have an even number of teams. The first 4 teams to meet all registration requirements will be admitted, the 5th team will be wait listed until a 6th team enters, and so on up to 8 teams. Once registrations are received, the Tournament Committee will review and send notification by email to the Team Captain that registration was received and the team is confirmed/wait listed.
