I understand that Mathew Skurat is a Psychic Medium, certified Usui Reiki Master, and Practicing Victorian Spiritualist Eclectic Witch.  I understand that he does energy work, mediumship, and readings to provide clarity to situations and people about their life situations/deceased loved ones.  Session content will vary from person to person, and may include pieces of his practice, or all of his practice.

I understand that Mathew Skurat will not intentionally mislead me into thinking he is a licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, doctor of medicine, or any other health-care related professional, and does not hold himself to be such.  I understand that he will not suggest diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or cure for any physical, mental, emotional, or psychological disease, disorder, or condition.  I understand spiritual healing and reading is not a substitute for medical treatment and therapies until otherwise advised by my primary physician.

I understand that the natural healing techniques, reading sessions, and mediumship provided by Mathew Skurat are used to provide closure, release, stress-relief, relaxation, and spiritual development.  I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body and life sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.

I understand that Mathew Skurat will keep my identity and all information he learns about me completely confidential unless I release him in writing or required by law.  I have the right to waive this confidentiality agreement in whole or part at any time.

Cost of a 1/2 Hour Mediumship session is $50.
Cost of a 1 Hour Mediumship session is $100

All payment due before time of service by cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, or CashApp. Any sessions left unpaid will be invoiced.

All cancellations forfeit 50% of the cost of the booked session. Cancellation less than 24 hours forfeits the entire cost of the reading.
