While we are excited to offer some great opportunities for Authors new and seasoned, we have a few things to break down, so bear with us, please.
This is a Newsletter Builder for Authors that write in any Romance Genre. We will be breaking it down by the Heat Levels explained here.

This is so we can keep you informed of other opportunities like this one as well as possible sales on services we or others we trust may be providing.
Being added to the Community Group and chats for your selected builder/s on Facebook.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to post at least 1x per week during the promotional run and at least 2x in your Newsletter, blog etc- Though more is always better!! HHP will provide all standard graphics and promotional materials, including hashtags for trending and will also provide source material for TikTok, FB and IG reels. There will be premade as well, but if you want to put your own, spin-that’s okay too.
Reader Responsibilities
Readers will be asked to provide their email address and consent to being added to each Author’s mailing list in the Heat Level/s of their choosing. They will be required to stay a member of the Newsletters for at least one (1) month after the closing of the promotion)
This is to help keep your open rates in good standing and hopefully deter mass unsubscribes after the promotion ends!
They will also be provided extra entries for following the Social Media link(s)-(if more than one author, a second link may be provided.)
What we are giving away.
International Readers:
Ebook copy from all authors. (equal to the amount of USA boxes)
The option to do an International box is available for a $5.00 processing and shipping fee. Number of boxes will be determined by Author participation.
USA Readers:
Book boxes to a minimum of three (3) readers. This is contingent on the number of physical items we receive.

Self-send-We will provide you with the kindle direct address for the winners.

In addition to an ebook, you may provide (at your cost) paperback copies and/or swag, which must be delivered to Jess in Kentuky no later than ten (10) days prior to the beginning of the Promotion. If items are not received, you will not be able to participate in the physical box promotion. However, if it is a delivery issue, you can be involved in our next one in the Summer.
