Rules
(1) Just a fable story, free to participate in any language.
(2) Time given: 3 – 5 minutes, time will be calculated when the contestant starts speaking. In four minutes, a bell will be ringed once and the ring will be ringed twice at the end of the time limit. The contestant needs to stop speaking.
(3) Dressing: to match the story theme dress up
(4) The participant is allowed to use props but no music is allowed.
(5) Judges criteria: story content 20%; language skills 30%; sound control 10%, Creative interpretation 20%, and overall performance of 20%, total 100%. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
(6) In the event of unforeseen factors, the organizer reserves the right to amend, alter and cancel at any time.
(7) To entitle for the Overall Champion, calculating based on a point system for all result, each category Champion: 1 point / Second Place: 2 points/ Third Place: 3 points / Excellent Award: 4 points. The lowest points will be the winner of Overall Champion. If there are the same points scored by more than 1 participant, the decision will be made by Judges.
