Codesmith Community Scholarship Nomination Form
Codesmith is pleased to announce that we are providing 1 full-tuition scholarship annually to an individual that exemplifies Codesmith values and has gone above and beyond to support, enrich and contribute to our community.

To submit a nomination for a candidate, please complete and submit this form by no later than April 21st, 2023. Once you've submitted this form, we will then follow up with eligible candidates (please review the eligibility requirements below) with the next steps for applying for the scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements for Candidates:
  • Accepted into the Codesmith Software Engineering Immersive Program
  • Have an annual income of no more than $50,000 USD
  • Have made a significant contribution to the Codesmith community
  • Submit a letter of recommendation in your application from someone who can describe your skills and accomplishments
