We expect successful post-doc applicants to have an established publication record in computational biology & bioinformatics and/or machine learning & data science and have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a Ph.D. in computer science/computer engineering/computational biology/bioinformatics. Additional desirable qualities include the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team, good programming and communication skills, and a passion for both computational method development and biological discovery.
