We are so thrilled you have made the decision to become a member of Concord Communities Alliance! We just have a few things to go over first:

Contact information: We only ask that you provide your email, full name, and Concord Residency Status. You have the option to provide your phone number and street address. We use this information only to help us with membership confirmations and organizing - we do not share this information outside of CCA.

Resident vs Supporting Members: Members who are residents of Concord are "voting members" and can help make important decisions with CCA. Members who are not residents of Concord can still make important contributions to CCA, but are not able to vote.

Areas of Interest: Please select which action area(s) you are most interested in so we can make sure you are connected to the right team members. If your area(s) of interest is not listed here, please select "I'm interested in something else" and let us know what it is!

Membership Sponsorship: In order to be a voting member of CCA, folks who support the mission and core values of CCA must also pay a yearly membership fee. Collecting membership dues allows CCA to create a semi-steady operating budget so we can use tools to organize, grow our work, and serve our community in between public donations. However, it is important to us that CCA remains an accessible organizing space for our community regardless of your financial situation. If you feel you are unable to afford membership dues, please note that in this form. Your membership dues may be deemed met through a contribution of time or through sponsorship by another member (you would remain anonymous to that member).

Next steps: After completing this form, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to pay your annual membership dues, or a confirmation that your dues have been met by other means.
