Thank you for volunteering your time and experience to help our students grow their ventures through the New Venture Competition! Please take a moment to provide some information so we can best match you with teams and tracks to make this year's competition a smooth and successful experience.

Team Coach Commitments:
2022 New Venture Competition at The Paul Merage School of Business coaches commit to:
-Coach training (virtual training workshop on the competition, expectations, and code of conduct)
-Approximately 4 hours per month or 1 hour/week meetings with your team from March through May 26th, 2022.

Concept Paper Judge Commitments:
-Judge training (virtual training workshop on the competition, expectations, and code of conduct)
-Spend about 15-20 minutes (each) on 6-8 three-page concept papers, providing scores and constructive feedback. Judging will take place in early March, 2022.

Semi-Finals Board Room Pitch Judge Commitments:
-Coach training (virtual training workshop on the competition, expectations, and code of conduct)
-Participate in presentations on May 13th. Pitches will be 10 minutes with a 10 minute Q&A. Ask thoughtful questions to the teams and provide scores and constructive feedback.
