Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians Antiracism and Anticolonialism Panel Community Forum
Thank you for your interest in addressing racism and colonialism in emergency medicine. Your responses to the following questions will help guide our next steps and will inform our discussion on December 5th, 12pm EST.

These are the key patient care objectives that guide our work:
                                                         
1. How can emergency departments best promote culturally safe practices in caring for patients?                
2. How should we best incorporate the voices of BIPOC patients, nurses and allied health workers in the design, administration and protocols of our emergency departments?                                                  
 3. What measures should we use to assess the impacts of racism and colonialism on patient care in emergency departments and to track the impacts of related interventions?
