North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference 2025 Workshop & Related Meeting Request - (Deadline: February 24th)
The 90th North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference will be fully in-person in Louisville, KY.  The event dates for this year are: Monday, March 10 – Friday, March 14, 2025.

Related meeting and workshop requests are now being accepted for committees and working groups, universities, organizations, agencies, and others interested in holding a meeting or social function in association with the 90th North American Wildlife and Natural Resources Conference. Related meetings and workshops may held on Monday, March 10th - Friday, March 14th, except during restricted times (noted in the form Instructions). Please fill out the following form in order to submit your meeting / workshop request.

Multiple meetings may be requested by filling out the form again.

Related Meeting Request Instructions
- Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, but priority will be given to meetings and functions requested by the deadline.

- Current schedule-at-a-glance and program information is available online now at www.wildlifemanagement.institute/conference 

- No meetings or workshops may be scheduled in conflict with the following:
---Plenary Session (Wednesday, 3/12 from 8:00AM - 9:30AM)
---WMI Special Sessions 1 & 2  (Wednesday, 3/12 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM)
---WMI Special Sessions 3 & 4 (Thursday, 3/13 from 8:00AM - 10:00AM)

- Please note that all related meeting participants must pre-register for the Conference, which will be available online via the website, starting in mid November. Please inform all meeting/function members of this policy.

- Association of Fish and Wildlife Committee Meetings will be scheduled by Cindy Delaney via the a Association staff. Questions or concerns should be directed to cindy@delaneymeetingevent.com
