BRADD uses this virtual affidavit to capture time spent on planning outside of regular monthly committee meetings in order to support the various requirements of FEMA, EDA, and other federal funders as County Steering Committees review county-level strategic plans, including reviewing information for the regional Hazard Mitigation Plan and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy.
BRADD manages and writes the Hazard Mitigation Plan and Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for your community. This process is partially funded through in-kind commitments by community members such as yourself. This in-kind payment basically requires that communities dedicate a certain number of hours to reviewing planning materials, attending meetings, and having conversations with BRADD staff. We need your participation in order to fulfill this FEMA requirement.
COVID-19 has made participation increasingly difficult, and therefore BRADD is trying to track as much time as possible. To ensure that our communities reach these hour requirements to meet the in-kind match, we would like for steering committee participants to track the time they spend reviewing planning material outside of monthly planning meetings. The form below allows committee members to record the time they spend reviewing materials and providing feedback. Please contact
