Please submit one form for each class cancellation request. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. Please also notify your child's classroom teacher of this change.

NOTE:

For cancellations during open enrollment (through 03/23/2023) until before the semester starts, you will be refunded in full.
Cancellations after 03/23/2023 through the first week of class (through 03/30/2023) will incur a $40 penalty.
After 03/30/2023, there will be no refunds.*

*We will have signed contracts with our vendors and are responsible for payment based on enrollment.
