EXPRESSION OF INTEREST:
All interested parties are required to nominate: Coach and Assistant Coach positions for all teams.
Nominees are required by Friday 9th February.
ELIGIBILITY:
Nominees must possess (or be willing to obtain) a current Working With Children check, prior to the commencement of duties.
Nominees must possess (or be willing to obtain) a minimum Level 1 Coaching Accreditation.
SELECTION PROCESS:
The YDJFC President, Vice President and Coaching Coordinator will assess all nominations. Selection will be based on, though are not limited to: experience in coaching junior athletes and in AFL, previous conduct as either a volunteer and/or parent, attitudes and values which are in keeping with the spirit of junior football, along with ability to engage players.
All nominees will be contacted pre-season, prior to team announcements.
