YCC Organization Request for Player Eligibility Exception
Organizations may request exceptions for player eligibility based on needs to fill a team roster. 

The purpose is to assist an organization that otherwise would be unable to field a team; not to allow a player with a special situation to play when ineligible. Girls teams and female-matching players in mixed will be given more leeway in these considerations (especial U17 girls)

My organization and I have made an honest effort to recruit players that fit within the requirements but have been unable to do so. If these players listed above are not allowed to participate our team, we will need to drop out of the competition. Furthermore, I don't believe that adding these players will give us an unfair competitive advantage. (type name below to agree to this statement) *
