This form is for anyone who will be vending for the 2022- Horns Of Hope Convoy Event on July 2! Please contact Erin with any questions at 716-467-3539.

The following rules apply......
1. Application Deadline: June 15, 2022  

2. Notification of Acceptance within 30 days of received application- (approval needed as we will only have
            one vendor per item product....example: (Makeup vendor = 1 Mary Kay booth allowed)

3. Vendor Fee of $50.00 per square..... This is due within 30 days of acceptance notification. (Payment
            information will be given at time of acceptance)  

4. Please read all Terms and Conditions and accept prior to continuing...........

       -Booth size: 10 x 10. All vendors are allotted an additional 10 x 10 space. If you need more space, you must purchase an extra booth. Vendors must provide their own tables/tent (if outside) and chairs.  
   
       -If your application is accepted your check will be due within 30 days of approval notification. Every vendor must also donate one item of $20.00 value for the basket raffle or a basket of small items with a value of at least $20.00. Any donation made MUST have a business card or your name on an index card attached.  Donation will need to be delivered to event upon set up.
 
       -Electricity: Electricity is available upon request. Please notify the event coordinator upon returning this application if electricity is needed. Otherwise, we assume it is not needed.
