COVID Safety: In an effort to ensure the health and safety of all conference participants as well as our communities to which we will be returning after the conference, we are asking all participants to agree to the following COVID safety precautions. Please indicate your agreement by checking each box below. *

All conference participants are expected to be fully vaccinated and boosted with an FDA/CDC approved vaccine.

All conference participants are expected to receive a negative PCR test within 72 hours of arrival at the conference.

All conference participants are expected to receive a negative rapid test upon arrival at the conference (rapid tests will be provided).

All conference participants should have verified health insurance coverage.

All conference participants will be asked to sign a form releasing the WSCF and Princeton University from liability in the case of illness.

Masks will be optional but encouraged.
